Refund Policy — Bubba Love & Co.

At Bubba Love & Co., most of our items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Because these items are custom-printed when an order is placed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However — if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will always make it right.

✅ Replacements for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items that are:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Defective

  • Printed incorrectly

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

  • Lost in transit

  • Never delivered (carrier-confirmed)

To request a replacement, contact us within 30 days of delivery at BubbaLoveCo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Because all apparel and branded products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Customer changed their mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

For hygiene and shipping safety reasons, lighters and flame-related accessories cannot be returned, unless defective on arrival.

📦 In-House Items (Lighters)

Some accessories (such as lighters) ship directly from our home fulfillment location.

These items can only be replaced if:

  • They arrive damaged

  • They are defective

  • You received the wrong style/color

They cannot be returned for refunds unless the issue is our fault.

⏳ Claims Window

  • Damaged/incorrect orders: 30 days from delivery

  • Lost shipments: 30 days after estimated delivery window
    Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.

💵 Refunds (When Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at BubbaLoveCo@gmail.com.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order ships into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items — which includes all POD products.

EU customers may only return non-custom items and must contact us within the required 14-day window.
