Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Most of our products are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners (such as Printify).
These items are made to order and typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Some items — like our lighters and select accessories — ship directly from our home fulfillment location and typically process within 2–4 business days.

If your order contains both POD items and in-house items, they may arrive in separate packages.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product type, weight, and destination. Rates are provided directly by our fulfillment partners to keep shipping accurate and transparent.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax).


Estimated Delivery Times (U.S.)

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 3–8 business days for POD items

  • 3–7 business days for in-house items

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.


Order Splits & Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it contains items fulfilled by different locations (e.g., POD products + in-house lighters).
This is normal and expected.


Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not moved in 7+ business days, or appears lost, contact us at:

We will help investigate and file a replacement or claim when applicable.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Damages During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost.
