SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
Many of our products are fulfilled using print-on-demand (“POD”) production. This means items are made to order, and minor variations in color, print saturation, and appearance may occur due to the printing process and screen/device differences. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
All product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product from Bubba Love & Co. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion. Your order is considered accepted once payment is processed and we send your order confirmation.
POD & Production
Because POD items enter production immediately, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

SECTION 4 — PRICES & BILLING
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Shipping, taxes, and fees are added at checkout unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us (or Shopify) to charge your payment method for all purchases.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use third-party production partners (such as Printify) to fulfill most orders. Some items (such as lighters or specialty accessories) may ship directly from our home fulfillment location.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once items are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
